Next female hokage?

The next in lie are Shikamaru and Konohamaru.

Next in line is Konohamaru, sorry people but Shikamaru isn't a real candidate(and he's in my top 5 favorite characters). Hokage title has been passed from teacher to student pretty much every time. Hashi trained with his younger brother growing up(we can call that student) then gave it to him, Tobirama in turn gave it to his and Hashi's student Hiruzen. Hiruzen was going to give it to his student Oro but he was evil so he gave it to Minato a student of his student. Minato dies before a student can step up and replace him so Hiruzen comes back, he then dies the village asks another student of his Jiraiya who turns it down, they then go to Hiruzen's other student. Tsunade had no students ready to take Hokage seat, her only real students being Shizune and Sakura so it went to her students teacher Kakashi. It then goes from Kakashi to his student Naruto. Naruto has trained and shaped Konohamaru pretty much more than anyone else so it's only fitting he gets the Hokage title next.

Sakura is a good candidate but she is Naruto's age so it will be Sarada.

Naruto is Tsunade's student technically. Considering all the thing she allowed him to do, and how she was raising him up to be Hokage and fulfil his dream.

I feel Kishimoto had to throw in Kakashi, simply to fill the "Generation" gap.

I can see Uchiha Sarada becoming the first Uchiha hokage! Would really be a nice way to finally bridge that gap plus she has the potential to be as taijutsu gifted as her mom with great chakra control plus maybe an MS at least from sasuke's genes. Daughter of 2/3 of the new sannin.

That girl has some serious potential.

Unless naruto gen is less sexist, it will be a high chance that it's a guy on the first choice.

It would be an epic twist that Sarada became Hokage tho. I hope she will become the Uchiha clan's redemption, but I know Kishi will screw things up. That is why I read fanfiction. Some Naruto FF is actually better than the story itself.

Tsunade was never put into the drawing. She wasn't even in the village when Orochimaru/Minato/Jiraiya were considered for Hokage. So using the whole "spare person" thing for Tsunade.. and making it that Jiraiya was somehow more relevant to the title.. doesn't work. Plus, from what I recall Tsunade only bothered to take the title because of Naruto, if it weren't him, she would've declined to.

Hashirama only got made Hokage, because of the people. If it was Hashirama's choice his first pick was Madara.
