Lately, I've seen people insinuating Naruto lost Rikudo Sage Mode, which in terms of orginality is quite illogical.
Naruto didn't lose his Rikudo Sage Mode, just because he didn't show nor reveal it on the movie doesn't mean he lost his RSM.

Why Naruto won't ever lose his RSM.

This quote is from the Fourth Data Book written by kishimoto. It basically says Naruto Rikudo Sage Mode is a gift from Hagoromo not Chakra as most people may say. Meaning it won't run out considering Hagoromo gave Naruto is embodiment of his body or yang.

Possibles Theories why it wasn't revealed on the movie.

Although Naruto Rikudo Sage Mode had been revealed in the Manga, However it hadn't been shown on the Anime series yet. Studio perroit obviously didn't want to spoil the Anime viewers so they had him use KCM instead. Mind you even Sasuke didn't reveal any of his Rinnegan techniques or Jutsu's.

Theory Three:
Lastly in terms of the way Naruto defeated Toneri, I'm pretty sure using Rikudo Sage Mode wasn't important. Why Naruto even consider using RSM, when in reality KCM was enough to defeat Toneri with relative easy?

Having said all this, can we finally put this to bed?, Naruto didn't lose his RSM as most people will say, and I'm pretty sure why it wasn't reveal during the movie correspond with my theories.

This was confirmed to be the reason by Kishi, they didn't want to ruin the experience for the anime viewers (although, even so some of the viewers have no idea of what happened, and Hinata kind of spoil it up)

Why would Naruto use full power, when it isn't needed? KCM literally solo'd Toneri with relative ease.

And Sasuke's rinnegan doesn't spoil it? And the fact that Naruto and Sasuke are both still alive doesn't spoil it?

Figured most people knew he didn't, although it's getting tiresome telling people he didn't lose it, despite them being hellbent on Naruto losing RM. Most likely the same people who wanted Naruto/sasuke to lose their powers.

First theory makes sense, since the movie didn't even reference chapter 615(my favs death) which according to kishi helped push NaruHina. So how can a NaruHina movie not show this event, not even once?
