Kishi shat on all of team taka except Sasuke. Those guys are more talented than all of the Konoha eleven with the exception of Sasuke (even more than Naruto, lets face it, guy gets his abilities from other sources, ie, Kurama and Sage mode, base Naruto is quite literally average). But Kishi never allowed taka to get the training they deserve, Jugo and Suigetsu were imprisoned for most of their childhood and Karin was just a lab scientist. If they had gotten training from Oro like Sasuke did, with their kekkei genkei, they'd definitely be Akatsuki level, probably at Kisame's level or so.
