Too People saying Sakura never surpassed Tsunade

How do you surpass a person with perfect chakra control, using the same techniques?
Answer me that.
It was clearly stated in the manga, that Sakura could only surpass her if she mastered her natural abilities, genjutsu.
Because Tsunade lacks the Yin element, probably due to her heritage.

Although both of them have perfect chakra control or pinnacle of chakra, Sakura seems to be slightly better, she seems to have more of a mental control of her chakra, probably because she is a genjutsu type. Namely her activation of the seal without the needs of handseals.

We can really aswer that anyway, we never seen them have a full out battle, without them playing medical ninja.

Though in sort, Sakura fights more like a Uchiha, planned, analyze, counter, basically using her wits.

Tsunade is almost the same but she fight more intuitively, sort of like Naruto does

Tsunade didn't have enough chakra even after having been replenished by Dan+ Karin to aid garra. Yet Sakura after using high quantities of Chakra and without being replenished of chakra did have enough (without opening her seal).
