Kakashi can dodge his attacks with shunshin or by tunneling underground so letting him only warp incoming attacks means nothing and only wastes his chakra. You might as well change the topic to 3 tomoe Kakashi vs Deidara because that's what this fight will be.

Even with Intel on Deidara( yes the the whole alliance had Intel on his abilities) it still won't matter because Deidara can fly too high out his range and drop shit like C3 so Deidara wins mid difficulties.
