Can someone clarify? Maybe I missed something. He had his SM shadings while in RM/BSM. Sasuke still had the Rinnegan so that's the indication their powers stayed permanently. I imagine he'd finish Toneri with one blow if he had the perfected Senjutsu, though.

Considering he has RSM, it's significantly a a higher tier considering his improvement in base. Because he drastically improve his abilities, his modes will become more powerful from that.

So he seems to only need KCSM or whatever this is.

i really dont know why everyone says sasuke shows his rinnegan, he didnt i watched the movie, kishi doesnt want to spoil thats all and naruto have rmsm he doesnt use it because most of his chakra was sucked and if he doesnt have rikuduo senjutsu how can he use rasensuriken in base mode? it was studio mistake

I don't think that was a mistake. Also, you have to remember that Naruto was practically a kid when he invented an above S-rank technique. He needed every possible thing to evade the backfire to his body. With the time and experience, he improved, both in base and various modes, as far as capabilities go. He got stronger and is probably able to execute FRS in base mode without the side effects.

If I remember correctly, Sasuke was once shown without Rinnegan and once with it. My guess is he found a way to deactivate it. Also, Naruto's pupils were normal so he was in base mode when he used FRS.
