He possibly knows FTG, Edo Tensei defintely, Possibly Rasengan and Chidori (Kakashi was able to use Rasengan ).

1. He was under the tutelage of the Second and it was stated in the Databook 4 he had more talent in Ninjutsu than the second as a young man. Im pretty sure he knows it. I mean Minato taught it to like 3 average a best jonnin. It terms of pure "academic knowledge" he is the best in the series no doubt. I doubt he mastered it like Minato. Plus he really has no use for it since he not really known for his speed after the FTG which matters. Also y MInato was know for it.

2. Edo Tensie: Probs not cause it was a forbidden jutsu that probaly that the 2nd specially told him not to learn cause of all the playin with life and death thing. If Kabuto can learn it then, im pretty sure the 3rd could if he tried.

3. I can almost garuntee that he can do the Rasengan. His student and Successor both can do it. His grandson could do it. He did something as imprrsive as use 5 elements all at once, he probaly can do the Rasegan that some one like even Kakashi can do.

4. If he can so the rasegan, he ca do chidori and all the other elemental versions of it.

5. Its Night Guy i assume u are referring to. Night moth dont exist. Idk.im pretty sure he looked into the 8 gates and how they work. Weather he could do it idk. But its not that special, anyone can learn it if they practice enough.

6/7. Both are about the same preciple. Im sure he could build up chakra to a certian point to enhance it. How gud he was has yet to be seen. I Mean he can do INo-Shika-Cho combo by himself(w clones) so I assume he can do that. Gentle fist is just releases charkra form the hands to hit a point on the body. Hyuga is good at it due to the aid of the Byakugan. He can do the same but he would be any gud since he doesnt have the eyes. He might know like the placements of some points so maybe.
