Ok, first we must look towards the past. If you all remember, sakura had asked Sasuke if she could go with him in chapter 699.

As you can see, Sasuke has a look of disappointment in the bottom panel. To the untrained eye, this might just look like it was a normal reaction, but I know it wasn't thanks to years of uncovering Illuminati secrets.
What really happened can be seen on the very same page. Look at the top right corner of the page. What do you see? That's right! It's Sasuke's Super Sharinnegan, or triple S as i'll now call it. What do we know about the triple S? We know that it has the most powerful genjutsu in the entire NV. Now, what do we know about Sakura and her history with the Triple S? She was caught in it!
So from that we can use the process of elimination and conclude that it was in fact a genjutsu that Sasuke used on Sakura! The botto panel is in fact Sasuke showing Sakura his disappointment in the genjutsu.
But why? Why would he do this? you might ask. Well, let's look at the facts.
Sakura has been behind Sasuke's trail for years now. Ever since part 1 she has been asking to be by his side. So Sasuke gave her exactly that. He let her see what she wanted to see because he was tired of having to deal with it.
However, eventually Sakura became self-aware and realized what was going on. From then she has been training to be able to break the genjutsu and finally did it, because Sasuke saw the growth. He then decided to grant her with his child because she had improved in genjutsu.
And that my friends, is how Sakura got better at genjutsu.
