When Toneri sapped Naruto's chakra not once did either one specify that his Rikodou Mode was taken from him? Not only that but even if he still has Rikodou Mode there really wasn't any reason for him to use it in the first place.

Bruh....He flies in the movie. That is a rikudo thing. No other power up gave him this ability. So you are saying he lost RSM EXCEPT for the Rikudo ability to fly?

Plus they even haven't displayed RSM in the anime yet. And he recommends either to read the manga or not, it doesn't really matter.

Someone theorized that you need Riduko's chakra to only awaken the Rinnegan not to maintain.I'm not sure but i think the only proof that that people think Sasuke may/may not have lost his sage chakra is due to the Rinnegan which is not exactly reliable..

Whether Naruto lost RSM or not isn't important.. He was saved twice in the movie, three times if you count the genjutsu.. Fact is Naruto was anything but impressive, he was weak.. If he has RSM maybe next time he should use it, or he can continue to look like a person that doesn't need to in the same tier with Sasuke.

Sasuke still has his rinnegan so i'm assuming Naruto has his Sage mode.

The only thing that they'd have lost would be the Yin and Yang Seals on their hands...

Edit: ....which they would no longer need seeing as Kaguya has already been sealed.

It's called being nerfed. We have seen this all throughout the manga with practically everyone. Why didn't he use truth seeking ball during his fight with Sasuke? Why didn't Sasuke use any of the other 6 paths from his rinnegan or even Chibaku Tensei during their fight?

Why didn't Madara use half the arsenal he had against Naruto and Sasuke for that matter?

This kind of stuff goes on all the time in this series.
