Naruto knew pretty much he is in genjutsu didn't seem to have problem he was only interested in looking into Hinata's memories so he can understand more about Hinata's feelings towards him.

It wasnt said that kurama was put to sleep for indeterminated amout of time at the final fight ? ( we see that he ws still asleep in chapter 700) It would explain what happened.
Sasuke didn't use genjutsu because of plot, there's literally no other reason why he didn't use it against Naruto
Plot >> Logic
And he didn't realise he was in a genjutsu until the very end when Sakura runs up to him and tells him its just a genjutsu and snaps him out of it

Nothing to refute really.. I guess the only thing some could say is that Naruto didn't know he was in a Genjutsu, but like LeSauce said, Kurama should wake him up.. Even that explanation doesn't work, Shikamaru was afraid they would be caught again, meaning only sakura could escape again.

Yes it did.. But you're not missing much, I only watch it because it suppose to be cannon.
All the fight scenes are weak
Naruto was the opposite of impressive.
He let Toreni take his chakra that would've killed him if Sakura wouldn't have gave him all her chakra, and that nearly killed her
Then it took naruto three days to wake up and he *****ed for another two days
His chakra cloak just look terrible.
Then saved by hinata by getting his chakra drain again
Hinita had to help him break the bad guy jutsu
Kurama automatically jumps out of Naruto's body and starts attacking a giant monster, and Kurama was taking a beating most of the fight
Naruto focus only his cloak into one punch and ended the fight..
There was no reference in the movie that said this guys dojutsu rivials the rinnengan
I give the movie 5/10
