Well no but I have a simpler method, take four chakra bars and each person fills it up, every time someone uses a jutsu it's one chakra bar under normal circumstances so four jutsu's in total. However lets throw senju and uchiha. Due to a senju's vast amount of chakra the bars are doubled by 2 so it's 8 bars now and an uchiha still has 4. Each kutsu is one bar for the senuu but uchihas have powerful chakra so they don't need to put as much visible effort into their techs as a normal ninja would so one half of the bar equals a full tech. So a senju uses 8 techs to fill eight bars and the uchiha who is going by half uses 8 techs and they fill as well. See how the uchiha and senju even out? That's powerful chakra, the chakra that makes not putting much effort into techs necessary since the strength is strong enough to compensate for a full bar. Such as how sasuke's one rinnegan equals two rinnegan. Uchiga and senju have a quality vs quantity relationship with uchiha being more about the quality of their chakra and senju being more quantitative about their chakra.

Indra had the greatest quality so it's not to far fetched that he could manifest a perfect susano. Kakashi was also shown capable of this when he got rikoudo chakra, further reinforcing the quality statement.

It's chakra potency, like how Naruto has a large amount of chakra while Sasuke and the Uchiha in general have powerful and potent chakra. Sasuke and Madara were said to have especially powerful chakra due to being Indra's trans migrants which is a tribute to how powerful Indra's chakra was.

Think about it this way.

If an average shinobi uses 100 units of chakra to use a fireball, Sasuke/Itachi/Madara could use 50 units of chakra, and match their fireball.

I don't like mixing Kakshi as an example because his one eye had been Obito's . Now Obito has had all the bijjus + senju + uchiha's chakra+rinnegan at one point. So I don't know what his eye was carrying and why Kakshi was able to manifest a PS . All the other people couldn't , but he could. That can have 2 possible cases:-

1) Since at some point , Obito had the Rinnegan, which is one step beyond the EMS, dunno if that had some effect on his chakra, which was transferred to Kakshi afterwards, due to which he could get a PS

2) It is just about potency of Chakra

2 could be a plausible explanation, but is it the only one ?

Remember the White Fang, Kakashi's father was hyped to have a special type of chakra which was very strong, he was said to weild a "White Chakra Saber", and to be stronger than all 3 Sannin, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Although at this point its just hype we never got feats.

Indra got his chakra directly from Hagoromo.

With a bit of Rikudou chakra, Kakashi was able to manifest PS.

Indra had it since birth so I'm not surprised he could use PS.

There's also the theory that he was the pinacle of the Uchiha. Having an eternal Mangekyou since birth, his descendants had to work their way up to acquire his power (EMS and PS) since his blood and chakra had thinned among his descendants as the generations passed. Apparently many have tried in the past and failed and the 2 who managed to acquire EMS happened to be Indra transmigrants.

Kakashi inherited a piece of Rikudo's chakra from Obito, who got it from JJ Madara and was able to form PS w/ just a Mangekyo, it's only natural that Hagoromo's son would be able to pull of the same feat.

So Indra could not have had EMS as he was the first Uchiha. Yet his Susanoo Avatar was bigger and more complete even when compared to EMS Susanoo. How come he had perfect Susanoo when at max he could have had MS ?

Because in the end, he's Hagoromo's son! It was said he inherited his powerful chakra, eyes, and spiritual energies while his brother inherited their father's body. Indra is an Ootsutsuki, after all despite that he created the Uchiha Clan.

Well there is a problem with that theory. If Hago's DNA/power was required then EMS Madara or EMSSasuke wouldn't have had PS. But they did. So how did they ?

no no you are missing it. rikudous chakra is not a requirement for Ems users because Ems gives them the ability to further develop their soosano, giving it legs and stabilizng their final version. However Ms cant do that as they only have access up to soosano final v4 form, but with a boost in the quality of their chakra and eyes, they can get ps without needing Ems. basically give any ms user rikudou chakra and they would have the potential to use ps because their chakra has been boosted, without it though, Ems is required, at least thats how i take it.

PS is the ability of MS (I even think it's stated in databook) MS user with massive chakra that unlock susanoo and masterd the technique will be able to manifest PS. But the problem here is to master susanoo the user must to use it a lot and we all the effects of using MS. Moreover PS is probably will do much more strain on the eyes of the because of it being ridiculously big. About Madara and Sasuke, Sasuke never had the opportunity to reach PS with MS cause he had it for short time and he was only sixteen and didn't reach his full final chakra level. And Madara, Well we never saw him fight with MS so we cant know for sure but he probably achieve PS with EMS at least stabelized PS.

indra inherited hagoromos strong chakra. indra being able to manifest PS is obvious and its also obvious that his eyes never would have went blind from excessive use unlike his descendants.
