It is not being a hoe. It is sharing something together, they obviously had sexual intimacy but taking naked pics together is making her a hoe? That was not "some guy" that was her boyfriend whom she has every right to have mutual respect and trust.
She was being dumb and reckless but that does not mean she was at fault.
