Horrible? If u didn't know, the list is that way because those so called legends are over rated.. Obito and Itachi would demolish Hashirama. Minato and Jiraiya are also too much for the over rated save. Orochimaru's and Minato's genius surpassed that of Tobirama in his own Jutsu fields. Jiraiya might be #1 on the list. New generation> old generation except for a few.

no matter what you say, compare to power and level, madara still better than itachi and hashi is on pair with madara so itachi cant be top. By feats and manga statement jiraiya is quite stronger than itachi. Im not trying to bash itachi but he cant win madara when madara has everything with higher level than itachi. In battle with hashi, there is no way he can stay alive long time vs mokuton, not only it drain all of his mana but it is freaking super uber long range. A technique that put an end to the entire war and almost annihilated the new generation. The only way for madara to surpass hashi is to obtain new power - rinnegan which include hashi power in it.
