Tenseigan is only movie cannon, not Manga. He needs Asura's and Indra's chakra to access Rinnegan and Rinnegan to obtain RinneSharingan. He needs the Bijuu and Gedo Statue to become the Juubi's Jinchuuriki. To even reach Kagauy's level, you would need to perform Infinite Tsukuyomi to collect a lot of chakra.

Ok so you're basically saying that Orochimaru is mixing up other chakra flavors inside his big black kettle to finally become immortal. This makes him relevant to me cuz Bolt has Hyuuga blood in him and does Oro have Hyuuga chakra? I don't think so. I doubt he needs anymore Uchiha as Sasuke's exhausted him there. Then again, in chapter 700 Sasuke was spooked by something in the woods so it could very well be Orochimaru but that's just so boring and predictable. Bolt should be the focus as it ties in quite well to what I'm thinking the movie will be about..

But it would not be hard for him to get
Hyuga Main House: Elder, Hanabi, Hiashi and Hinata he could easily kill / kidnap one of them.
