I agree with everything he said, though you've got to admit, every time he drew Madara's PS, he made it looks hella big compared to Sasuke's, everytime we see Sasuke PS, it is so small compared to Madara's.

I second this. Kishi didn't give a damn about size comparison, since it would look stupid if Kurama would be only half of the size of every other bijuu or for that matter Susano'o.

Madara V1 susanoo is smaller than kurama & sasuke's ps is about the same size as kurama. That should give you an answer there. But kishi is bad with sizing so i wouldnt take it serious.

My only explanation is that each Kurama gained back their size and power (as I can't in good faith believe that 50% Kurama is better than 7 other Bijuu together) by becoming 100% yin or 100% yang respectively. So each is full powered, but only in one type.

This makes sense as the Bijuu are constantly regenerating their chakra, and we know that the Juubi could become 100% even without 100% of the Bijuu, so logically the same can apply to each individual bijuu.

He made his body bigger when fighting against the Tailed Beasts.

And made it slightly smaller when fighting Shinju for speed advantage.

Madara's is the largest, Sasuke's the strongest. But Sasuke's will probably become the same size if not larger as his chakra matures throughout life. He was only a teen during the war. Look how his Chidori evolved in 2 years to The Last; which directly correlates with his chakra. It will reflect in his Susano'o as well.
