that pierced through Bee's V1 cloak so they should be able to pierce through the Raikage's body as long as he doesn't have his raiton cloak activated.

Or he can absorb all his chakra and then the Raikage dies from chakra depletion.

Or he simply drowns.

--raikages shroud gets absorbed every time he attempts to attack kisame, his speed is reacted to,, and even if he lands a blow then its power is diminished due to his chakra being absorbed and with samehada feeding him chakra means that kisame can repair himself from any damage that is being dealt

--once the waterdome is formed its a GG, raikage cant breath underwater and he isnt faster than kisame underwater as he gets constantly attacked and drowns to death whilst kisame continously steals more of his chakra,

he can't absorb nukite when hes fused, unless he can subdue raikage
even if he could the raikage has 2 hands & is faster than him, he can chop his arms off.
he could also just electrocute kisame
if he isn't fused, he gets blitzed by nukite

Proof that Ay has more chakra than Kisame? Kisame was called the "tailless tailed beast" because he had chakra levels on par with bijuu...he fought the 4 tails jinchuuriki host yet Samehada didn't betray him. And feats are in Kisame's favor, like how he spit out a massive lake at 30% chakra.

He doesn't need to get close to the Raikage to absorb his chakra since he can do it from afar with Great Shark Bullet. If he uses his water dome first, then GSB, the Raikage can't swim fast enough to dodge.

Why wouldn't Kisame be able to use water dome? It only requires a single hand seal, not like the raikage is blitzing him before he does.
