Saying Obito is selfish is just not true. If anything, Obito is one of the least selfish people in the manga, he barely even had a concept of 'self' by the time he was enacting the Moon's Eye Plan, given he took on Madara's identity. It's just tiring hearing people say Obito wanted to trap everyone in Infinite Tsukuyomi for his own sake...

Anyway, most selfish characters are Kakuzu and Orochimaru.

Sasuke is SO selfish isn't he

The most selfish is actually... Kakuzu. He shows absolutely no interest in anything other than obtaining money for him to essentially horse around pointlessly. And uses other hearts to live.

What makes Sakura selfish?

Like someone already said, she only cared for sasuke early part 1, completely ignoring Naruto. Re bee the disgusting stuff she said about Naruto always getting in the way of her happiness. Then dissing him for being an orphan, glad sasuke told her to stfu, one of the best sasuke moments in the entire manga.

Then the promise she literally made Naruto make, to bring back sasuke. After 3 years she didn't even realise Naruto was suffering the whole time, trying to keep that promise, until Sai spelled it out for her. That was a selfish request she made to Naruto.

Selfish in the fact that she knocked out her whole team so she could kill sasuke herself, yet couldn't even pull through.

And in general, her obsession with sasuke was inhuman. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but did she not dump Ino/make Ino her rival just because they both liked sasuke.. Or something like that. The fact that after sasuke trying to kill her twice, yet she still chases after him and loves him and ignore Narutos feelings... I don't know whether to call that selfish or something worse.

And Hinata is also selfish piece of crap as well, but that's another story
