Naruto wins.
EMS Sasuke + Juugo's senjutsu + yin + yang cloak had a legged susanoo that might have been as durable as Naruto's BSM avatar pound for pound. The Sasuke in this thread only gets upgraded by PS which isn't enough to close the gap. Sure with PS, his physical attacks are now considerably stronger than Naruto's, as well as his durability, but Naruto still beats that with his ability to fire off senpou bijuudamas, block with his tails, and have clones fire off attacks like chou oodama rasenshuriken.
We've seen at VoTe that when the stats of their mechs are equal, Sasuke's PS slashes are only as powerful as naruto's tail slaps. Sasuke needed to use a PS chidori in order to match a normal-sized bijuudama from naruto, something that EMS Sasuke doesn't have in his arsenal, not to mention he's fighting a fresh naruto who can rapidfire bijuudamas and fire off giant ones. So Sasuke shouldn't win this unless the difference between PS and his giant legged susanoo is larger than a tail slap and a bijuudama.
