Why were humans create in the first place? Life isn't bad its just filled with sorrow and pain, at one point we all feel life's wrath. If we were create to experience life, why experience such thing if we might end up forgetting it in the afterlife and that is if there's what if the people who died just reincarnate into another human being. For what reason do humans feel emotions? For what reason do we suffer and for what reason is madness and darkness living in a human if life were to be joyful? These things makes we wonder that if God can even destroy something like darkness since the light created the darkness or am i mistaken? Do we live to survive and understand such hardship that life gives us? Such things make me wonder what life what truly meant to be.
Humans were created to live wonderful lives with God. Essentially we were created to love God, and for him to love us.
Life is not bad. Most of the bad things we feel and have in life are direct results of our choices, as a whole. I personally believe that the pain in this world exists to help us mature, and be more grateful. Imagine how boring life would be if everyday was just perfect. Eventually you would just take it all for granted. Just like someone who has always been prosperous will take his prosperity for granted, and always want more.
Some of the most amazing people in the entire history of the world, are people who went through really really bad experiances in life, and overcame them. Some of the people who live the most full lives, are the cancer patients who learn to treasure every moment in life, even though they are suffering horribly.
You will remember all the things from your life in the after life. Its just the afterlife will be so much different (better or worse depending on what kind of person you are), that it will overshadow and show just how small things in your life are.
Essentially it is like looking at a elephant and a ant. The elephant is just so much bigger. But the ant is still there.
Honestly, why humans experiance emotions is just way to deep a question to begin to answer in one post. But emotions are truly amazing.
Human life was made to be prosperous and happy. The ONLY rule, was simply do not eat or mess with a single tree.
Yet even in a paradise, and world of peace, humanity chose to disobey. Why was that rule made? To allow humanity to have a choice. Otherwise we would just be mindless robots. After the command was disobeyed pain and death was allowed into the world. However paradise was still there as well.
Then humanity had to take things one step farther, and kill each other. That is when the world as we know it really began. The paradise on earth was no more.
We suffer because even though we had EVERYTHING we could EVER want, we chose to forsake it. And so it is our punishment. We are misbehaving children, whom need to be corrected. We need to mature and grow up and learn to do the right thing. We were spanked and put in timeout.
However most of the horrible things in this world are self inflicted. It is things we do to ourselves.
The world can be a horrible place with good things, or a wonderful place with some bad things. It all depends on your perspective. All you have to do to really be happy in this life is learn to change your perspective, and see the truth.
Darkness cannot be destroyed since it technically does not even exist. Darkness is just the absence of light. Just like cold is just the absence of warmth. However there is one way to destroy darkness. Shine the light everywhere. God is all powerful, and is good and light. There will be a day that will come, where there will be no more darkness. And people will be punished for all their wrong doings, or forgiven, if they seek to truly repent.
Life doesnt seem fair. However have you ever seen a professional sport player who just was instantly on a pro team without any practice. NO. All those players have had to make sacrifices, and go through pain to become as extraordinary as they are. By going through that pain and suffering you can grow to become something greater than you ever could before.
When you break a leg, you have to go through pain and suffering in order to have your leg reset, so it can heal. However in the end, you come out stronger than you were with the broken leg.
To be born, requires lots of pain and sacrifice, yet in the end something truly good extraordinary is born, a new unique life that has never been seen before.
Or think of the diamond, that starts out as just nothing, but through a rough and tough process becomes something beautiful.
There are so many examples of how by going through pain and hardship, something truly amazing and good can happen.
I appologise for my being incoherent in this reply. I am tired, and it has been a while since I have seen a thread such as this, and had to think of these things. Not to mention there are still so many things I am not entirely sure of myself.
I must say regardless of what you think of my reply, it truly has been a pleasure to see someone like you asking questions like this. Someone who is just wondering about why things are a certain way in life
