Tsunade beats Sakura med deff

Tsunade was able to fight Madara with the other Kage's and Sakura stood there in fear (I can bring manga scans).

Tsunade > Sakura in everything, she has a long way to go, and Tsunade knows all of Sakura's tricks. Not to mention Sakura has no original technique to herself. She is basically a carbon copy of Tsunade.

Sakura > Mist Nin, he barely has any feats that would cause Sakura trouble.

Mei vs Sakura - Both of these females aren't really fast, and going by Sakura vs Madara's feats when he impaled her with one sword, Sakura's fighting experiencing lacks in comparison to a Kage:

1. That is my fault, I had forgotton about the Edo-Tensei rule but I would just like to point out: Sakura literally ran into the sword, and had not hit Madara at all. Even if Madara was at 1/3 of his power, he had not moved an inch when she came to attack him. If it was a ninjutsu battle then I would understand.

2. That is totally irrelevant, between the time she froze to fight Madara to the point where she saved Naruto had no different. Fighting =/= Healing another when the time frame is difference. That isn't hard to understand.

3. No you are incorrect. The teacher will always be stronger, faster, and smarter then the student until he/she surpasses them. Naruto surpassed Jiraiya in some ways, and Sasuke surpassed Orochimaru in some ways as-well. Sakura is the only one in the second generation Sannin to not have surpassed her teacher, which isn't bad, but it means she still has much more to learn. Sakura's entire character, strategy, and fighting abilities are all centralized into Tsunade. Tsunade will read her like a book, but it is not like Sakura had a difficult battle strategy to begin with.

Punch, heal, do not dodge. That was understood during Madara vs Tsunade, and Sakura vs JJ Madara.

3. Not at all. Sakura has no speed feats in this manga at all, and the only time she ever blitz someone was Ino, and that was during the Chunin Exams. That feat alone is laughable now. Mei overall has a better chance of surviving a battle against Sakura, not to mention she could just spam her Lava KKG to surround her, and then what is Sakura going to do? Punch the ground? That will only send the lava flying, not to mention the healing can only muster up attacks from so much. Lava will literally steep into her skin, bones, and so forth until she is nothing but a spec of dust.

I will respect that. But I don't enjoy it so my opinion will differ.
