[Discussion] Luffy no where close as strong as an admiral

As long as Oda survives, I'd be fine with it. More One Piece for me, and if Oda can keep this quality up for 17 years so far, no doubt he can do it for another ten.

10 years and that's obviously not including upcoming breaks/hiatuses. Also, I think there will be another TS.

Oh yeah and yes a TS is necessary. I dont like the idea of a 19 yr old becoming PK. He needs that NW experience just like every successful pirate there. I say Luffy is 25 years of age when he becomes PK, and at that time he will probably be stronger than Roger. With his growth, 25 is a reasonable number. Not sure when the TS would happen though and why.

But if they are, what would they still be doing for 9 years?

So many questions. Sadly I have no idea, that's why I wonder how it could possibly go on for 10 more yrs. Only way I can see this working is if Luffy fights Villains and doesn't get stronger until like the EOS. Which sounds absurd. Because Luffy doesn't go that long without getting stronger.

Eh, reading a chapter never takes more than 10 minutes, and it's once a week. Just as long as you know what sites to use and release dates, you'll be fine. Hell, you could even get an official subscription to One Piece by then, as being an adult you should have an income.

I'd like to believe that if the theory that the final saga/arcs of OP will be that massive war, that the second timeskip would be a period of several years where everyone makes their final preparations. Then an adult Luffy and co. wage war against the WG. Basically, it's years where the WG thinks they've beaten the pirates and are preparing to have their perfect world. Then boom, Luffy and co. show up to kick ass.

Sounds good! The WG are going to try to give it there all to defeat all the pirates in the world when they get exposed. Luffy and crew make preparations as well, making sure all there allies up till that moment is up to it. They themselves realize they need to train even harder, are MIA for many years and many pirates are butthurt they didn't get to become PK. I wonder how Kidd will react, he isn't going to be too happy. And Law wont care probably, I can see him showing up and helping out by beating an admiral and low diffing DD in the war for cora san to be proud.(atleast that would make me happy) Oh yes, the war is going to be good. Maybe Luffy gets training from his dad?

Thats too exaggerated. Don't forget this is the same luffy who stormed through grand line winning a bunch of fights he never should have won. We don't tend to see luffys true and full power until its required of him to show it. He's going to roflstomp DD and then we will see why he has the cohones to go picking fights with yonkou.
