Rikudo's Powers>Kurama's powers as seen in the manga. Sasuke is equal with Naruto using Rikudo's powers. Toneri got beat by a Naruto who didn't use Rikudo's power.

What you say makes sense and tho I have limited knowledge on the movie (seen just few clips a while back) Naruto did indeed look to be in bsm rather than RSM, so if that's the case then your conclusion is logical as Rinnegan Sasuke is closer to RSM Naruto than BSM Naruto (I rate RSM Naruto higher than Rinnegan Sasuke without 9 bijuu pre last/chap 700).

Rinnengan mastery gives Sasuke excess to about 10 new jutsu and complete control over all of them.. Alone with more experience and more mature,stronger and powerful chakra. That's a lot more than the amount of chakra he absorb from the bijuu.

Skill/=/more powerful chakra. Not even close. It can only account for less chakra consumption. Sasuke lacks the brute force that he could have through usage of the 6 paths jutsu mastery.
