Itachi's speed is underrated. If you dont have good speed, then you are finished. Kurenai and kakashi both had a 4.5 speed rating yet they couldn't even keep up with him.

OT: It'll be a physical attack that ends it, not his genjutsu. Even Part 1 Sakura broke out of A-Rank genjutsu, so Itachi could just create a Bunshin Daibukaha and wait for her to kill herself.
