But she defiantly solo's Sasori, speed isn't going to be a problem for Sakura it's the sophisticated movements required to avoid Sasori's poisoned nettles. But those aren't a factor either because she'll have an antidote handy, Sakura's brute strength and regenerative capabilities secure her a win Mid-Diff.

Sakura needed chiyo's help to avoid sasori's attacks, she didn't dodge them on her own.

Sasori doesn't just use poison, he can crush her with iron sand or slice her to bits.

Also it was revealed that sasori was holding back wasn't it?

As for pain no matter how much time you are given, I doubt you can ever prove how sakura defeats him.
