You must not have seen very many anime, then. HxH 2011 is definitely an amazing show (my current #2), but AoT is waaaay overrated and overhyped. It's good, but it's not the "best anime evar" like everyone says/used to say. There are much, much better anime.

P.S. - Naruto is subpar.

Because I hate when people treat it like it's the greatest thing ever made. It's not. It's good compared to most other seasonal shows, but it doesn't compare to lots of other anime. And yes, I'm dying in pain from my sphincters.

I just think it tries too hard to be all dark/mature at times. Not to say the series is terrible but I think there's better alternatives than AOT. HxH is on another league.

I could easily infer from the OP that he considers it to be one of the best things/anime he's seen. A little use of logic can connect those dots. Don't be daft, Riker. I have nothing against saying good things about SnK. Heck, it's got great animation and an amazing soundtrack, and the Japanese dub was solid. I dislike when people claim it (and other things) to better than it/they really is/are. If that seems sad to you, then let me look pathetic. Don't stoop down to my level.
