Sakura and Hinata are romantic versions of Naruto and Sasuke. The rivalry is strong with these two outside of the manga. So you can expect to find some backlash between the two fandoms often.

It was a rivalry over Sasuke. A guy who shared one sentence with Ino in the entire manga. Sakura is pairing fodder and cheerleader for Sasuke.

I think Hinata Vs Sakura is a better rivalry. Because Ino does not interest me as a fighter at all, and in terms of beauty Ino outclasses Sakura. There really is no redeeming quality of this rivalry. Ino vs Sakura back in part 1 was a boring match as well.

Multiple reasons imo. Usually x member, her name shall remain anonymous, sparks fights with other members who then attack hinata. The pairing wars also probably sparked/instigated the feud since the beginning. Then sakura's "taijutsu" is always put up against the hyuga taijutsu, which usually is hinata. Both are always disliked for their characters or lack of character, which brings another argument up. Then there are side arguments like who is the main heroine: hinata or sakura. Not for sure, but usually hinata is thrown into sakura threads but sakura is never thrown into hinata threads unless x member is posting, which happens majority of the time. Probably other reasons also....or none of the reasons i said Lol

yeah i agree with you both since but sakura is the Heroine so that's why i don't get why they compare her to hinata that barely gets any panel time

I actually prefer Sakura to stay out of Hinata threads. It ruins the quality greatly.

Imo there is no main heroine. Only woman who could take the title somewhat is tsunade....if only kishi didn't troll tsunade during the pein arc.

Not being biased here but in some areas she does. Only thing thats missing in Hinata is lack of feats. Other wise for a side character she has done a wonderful job. She has a backstory, also a parent we are aware of unlike Sakura. We also know of her clan. Which adds on to her potiential as a character. Not to mention the reason why she actually loves her lover. Sakura on the other hand does not have those qualities. She just has more feats and relevance to the story since she is part of team seven.

Not really Tsunade was also trashed more deeply as a character. She only got two fights which came like very late. No doubt as a Hokage she was more relevant than Sakura. But that does not make me scream heroine.

Yeah somewhat, but still not a heroine. Although if pein/nagato didn't revive everyone it would have been better for her. I sort of feel she was more like a heroine, because she was known for something-greatest medic or something, while also being the only female hokage. As for a character, her development is pretty good, considering how kishi either writes women off with either pregnancy or benched them into irrelevancy. Tsunade had a lover, nephew, background with gambling (lol legendary sucker, didn't this tie into Hashirama?), trauma over the lose of her nephew and lover and then she overcame it, had some good dialogue against madara and during the war, and some other things. TBH tsunade is probably the best female character in naruto in terms of character imo
