Madara wins, comfortably. Taijutsu skill, speed and strength all go to Madara, and it's not even close in the latter two. EMS precog on top of that superior speed only means Sasuke gets raped in a CQC match. Gunbai lets him block most of Sasuke's Ninjutsu and hit him back with Uchiha Gaeshi, which can also be used with Katon (Since it's Fuuton) to power it up, turning Sasuke into a nice pig roast.

Then there's the fact that his Katons literally cover the whole fighting area. Sasuke dies to multiple uses of it.

Not to mention Madara has clones.

Madara kind of stomps tbh. The only way Sasuke could win is if he's able to summon Manda/Aoda to block Madara's katons, but that is restricted. Madara has better speed feats, gunbai blocks all of Sasuke's attacks, and his katons overpower Sasuke's.

Sasuke said " this type of attack won't work against me". So no.. Besides Sasuke would need to get hit first.

It took Sasuke two Katons shot directly up into the sky along with a lot of Amaterasu (which sits and heats up the atmosphere) to use Kirin. Sasuke will be dead by the time he gets to cast it.

He fought with Mokuton Hashirama on par for the first time before getting his EMS.

Their chakras must be pretty much equal.
Sasuke is still teen but has Orochimaru boost.
Madara is a veteran adult, physically at his prime.

Genjutsu is useless in this battle. Madara has overwhelming taijutsu skills while Sasuke has his kenjutsu along with snake attacks from his arms, close combat is more likely on Sasuke's favor. In ninjutsu Madara is clearly has advantage with his unrivaled Fire Style.

Madara wins 7 times of 10. Too many factors are here. And I don't think Kirin would be a factor here considering Sasuke requires some time to concentrate and pinpoint his attack. A chance which he got against a very sick and near dead Itachi but not with Madara.

Edit: Oh sh*t, I forgot about Madara's gunbai. With that Madara could counter Sasuke's kenjutsu with ease and gain the edge in close combat as well. Not to mention it also boosts his ninjutsu arsenal. Madara wins 10 times of 10.
