he can beat Gai, Tsunade & Temari via natural counter w/ his sword

Too slow. Any ninjutsu that relies on even one hand seal results in there death. Domu is hand seals, and thus domu is 100% useless. The hearts are too slow and mifune will slash before they even escape his body. Dairu is actually fast, elite in swordsman ship and can match mifune in cqc.

Well that all depends on starting distance and intel. Sword slashes are pretty ineffective on Kakuzus body though. He can just stitch himself back together.

Once the first slice fails to kill him, he will attempt to decap or slice/jab the heart area. But for sure mifune is way to fast to get hit by his attacks, and will never give kakuzu an opening for any shinanigans. His vision, reaction, awareness, power is simply underrated because he wasn't shown much and is not a favorite.

His hearts have already shown to work without a functioning brain, so if this happens before he gets to release them they can merely take function of the body and reattach the head, or if they are out they are already made of threads so they can re-attatch the head themselves as its already been shown to be done, Domu blocks all of his sword strikes anyways. Don't recall how fast Mifune is but his Domu reacted to Kakashi's Raikiri
