Obito could have either roasted Konan with Juubi Size Katon or skewered her with Shashiki no Jutsu

In an actual VS scenario Obito has a chance at both of them, not at the same time of course. But in Kishi's manga then yeah, those two are better. Also, you fail to mention that Madara took everyone other than Hashirama lightly, it's that Uchiha obsession he has.

Same goes for Itachi. In a VS scenario he's basically unstoppable, plot-wise, he's not in the top 5.

All of these together make Obito one of the most impossible people to defeat 1v1.

Exactly, they are his eyes after all. In his hands, his eyes are probably one of the most dangerous thing in NV. Even though they are his eyes though, he still has a few weaknesses, but so does every technique. I'm actually glad his MS didn't stick around after he died and after DMS Kakashi.

1) Are you claiming anyone with oil can solo Konan? It had nothing to do with Jiraiya's skill, experience, and tactics as a ninja? Really now?

2) How many shinobi do you know can phase through any attacks for 5 minutes straight? Just because Obito doesn't have oil, that's your excuse? Obito has his own repertoire that he could have used to quickly put Konan down. There's a lot more to winning a match than techniques, which is why I specifically stated skill in my original post.

tbh you clearly dont know what youre talking about. obito tried to get konan to reveal the rinnegans location through order as the akatsuki leader then after he realized how firm she was in betraying him he tried to convince her through discussion. then she activaed her trap. after that he beat the **** out of her and that was that.
