Nope. If Hidan is anywhere within a few meters of Hinata, she could just use 64 Twin Lion palms on him and end it right there. before he'd even get a chance to draw his scythe.

Tsunade wins against Neji via Katsuyu. Tsu crafts an army human sized Katsuyu who all attack Neji with acid globs while simultaneously going on the offense. Eventually he's overwhelmed; rotation or not. Tsunade wins med diff.
Second Match: Hidan low diff
Third Match: This heavily depends on the location. Hyuuga win either way, high diff.
Fourth Match: Hinata dies before Sasori even exits Hiruko. Neji might be able to force Sasori into his second form using air palms and rotation/body blow but he isn't getting past it or the poison. Sasori wins med diff.
Fifth Match: Neji takes this, med diff.

Ignoring your fanfic, Hidan has better cqc feats and is moderately faster than Hinata. That and she has NO WAY to put him down. It's not really debatable lol

It would leave him unable to move or stand, which would then be followed by her cutting off his head with a kunai.
Whatever CqC Hidan has, Hinata could easily block, given her fast arm speed and the reflexes Byakugan grants

First match : Tsunade via slug spam
Second: Hinata low diff with intel , twin lions gives hinata good range and destruction capabilities , it easily counters his scythe and gives opening for 64 twin lion followed by kunai decapitation , air palms can also be used to off balance hidan at any given moment for a number of advantageous openings.
Third match : Vacuum Wall GG
Fourth match : Vacuum wall kills sasori while inside hiruko , stopping him from summoning 1puppet show or the 3rd , either way its likely sasori dies before iron sand comes into play , byakugan spots the weakspot , then hinata and neji thrust their palms real quick , ending sasori with the same jutsu that pushed back a juubi tail.
Fift match : Neji casually deflects and injects chakra into mifune with a couple quick jabs simultaneously , either killing him or ending his use of chakra un the arms. Bad bad match up for mifune.

the underestimation is nothing I've not seen before, but to see him on a gauntlet w/ @#$*ING mEI, hidan & mifune
