Well, intel is the only thing that'd cause me to say Sakura wins, cause Naruto knows nothing of her super strength, and if he tries to block a hit instead of dodging, he dies. If he sticks to dodging and counter attacking though, he wins mid diff. He still has superior speed, he can spam mass clones, and he has Rasengan, something Sakura gets KO'd from if it lands.

That's indeed what I was thinking, him rushing in and getting shat on by CES, as that is something I see IC Naruto doing.

During part 2 Naruto was starting to send clones as recon to learn his opponents abilities, so I don't think that the "rush in get one shotted" scenario is happening. And let's not forget about the fast regeneration that Kyuubi gives to him.

He doesn't get the chance here as in this scenario, Sakura wants to fight the moment he arrives back to the village. So he doesn't know about CES here.

Oh, silly me thinking he meant doing that BEFORE the fight as in spying and whatnot.

With IC and manga intel, Naruto would most definitely underrate Sakura to the point, where he'd rush at her even without clones. And that's when he dies.

But if he somehow decides to go for Kage Bunshin from the very beginning, it becomes 50/50.
