Their DNA is special nagato was able to handle 2 rinnegan since he was a child with no ninja training, while obito who was an adult with uchiha and hashirama DNA was only able to handle one rinnegan and even then barely.

The multi shadow clone thing was a neat training trick but it was more a plot device to get Naruto to where he needed to be in the shortest amount of time. Kakashi could've been training Naruto like that since Part 1 but like Hiruzendid with Oro; Kakashi made his best student (Sasuke) his only priority.

No, Kakashi didn't start to use Yamato and the sealing jutsu until Jiraiya warned Kakashi and Tsunade about the Kyubi chakra taking over Naruto when his emotions are heightened. Which is something that Jiraiya discovered when trying to train Naruto to control Kurama over the time skip. It's why he gave Kakashi those tags before leaving to help Gaara in the beginning of Part 2. Part 1 Kakashi seemed to have a problem with Naruto learning the rasengan, but Jiraiya rebutted Kakashi by point out Kakashi teaching Sasuke chidori. Naruto asked Kakashi to teach him chidori and Kakashi just hand waved his requests away. Saying it was too complicated for someone like Naruto.


Asuma explained the concept of the wind element to Naruto, what to imagine in your mind when trying to use it and why you would use a wind element along with a bladed weapon. It's why Kakashi told Naruto who to go ask about wind style, because Kakashi didn't know.

Tl;dr Kakashi is a bad sensei. Kakashi cared more about training Sasuke who was a genius like him, instead of focusing on his weaker students.
