Naruto should be above Tobirama. Fought for 3 days (and learned Sage Mode at 15), but Tobirama couldn't do more than 2 shadow clones despite being an Edo..

Take out kurama from Naruto, and hes not evne in the same league as Tobirama in regards to chakra.

Yes that's their defining trait. I'll give you an example the defining trait of saiyans is their tail, gohan who is only half saiyan posses that trait. Half breed offspring can share defining traits of their family without necessarily being full bloods.

Chakra chains aren't kekkei genkai, they are hiden ninjutsu, it is likely that karin's parents left her some of these jutsu before she was found by orochimaru.

Pure Uzumaki's carry the trait of red hair (Kabuto confirmed that to Sasuke).
The Chakra Chains is a KKG of the Uzumaki Clan (which is why kusina was a good Jin host).
