• Is Karin's Body more durable then Ay's/Tsunade's based on the fact that she's an %100 Uzumaki?

Yeah Uzumaki's have the strongest bodies, Senju have the highest strength.
Uzumaki = Life Force (i.e : Jinchuuriki) - Senju = Physical Strength (i.e : FTG)

Senju had the physical strength and Uzumaki gained the life force/stamina.
But both clans have a bit of the other's characteristics. (Hashirama has Uzumaki stamina, Naruto has Tobirama speed, both can use SM)

Yes that's their defining trait. I'll give you an example the defining trait of saiyans is their tail, gohan who is only half saiyan posses that trait. Half breed offspring can share defining traits of their family without necessarily being full bloods.

Chakra chains aren't kekkei genkai, they are hiden ninjutsu, it is likely that karin's parents left her some of these jutsu before she was found by orochimaru.
