I don't think it has canonically happened that a character has died and the Bijju comes out afterwards. (w/o extraction)

Also, I think there has to be someone who has to protect Naruto's ideals. The world does not just see the Bijjus out there and not captures the. Unless there is someone out there, who is stronger than they are and does not allow them to.

Ideologically it should be someone who inherits Naruto's beliefs.
Physically Bolt/Himawari IMO. Atleast this is my assesment.

There has to be atleast one jin, most likely Kurama's jin as Kurama > every bijjus. He should also inherit Naruto's ideals + must be powerful. A peace keeper is always needed. That is how the world works

People are claiming left right and center the there would be no more Jins. So all the future people would be good hearted and no one would try to capture a bijju for their benefit. If one bijju falls in the wrong hands all the villages would again go on bijju hunt. That is how fragile the world peace is.

Why would Kurama want to spend the rest of his life a prisoner in one jin from the next? that's just bad writing. There isn't even a huge threat that could capture them anymore. No Mokuton users left, No Sharingan users other than sasuke left, a lot of the high level shinobi capable of taking on bijuu are dead. The only one I'm seeing being a potential problem is orochimaru.
