[Discussion] Food that tastes good but looks gross

I was eating a muller custard rice and the best bit is the custard but when the custard and rise mix together is looks like puke and I have to eat it with my eyes closed.

So what foods do you know that taste good but look awful

Another one I have never had and I doubt anyone here ever has is ambergris, regurgitated Whale phlegm, who could eat that? Apparently it is worth a lot of money, I know one guy in the UK found some on the beach and it was worth a fortune, apparently up to £100000. It is supposed to be sweet but I wouldn't eat it

precisely why I said they have a hand in actually producing shit since they are small intestines. hog maws are worse though, they're like chitterlings but really tough and rubbery, vomit inducing food right there.

And tuna salad is wonderful

Eggs are about as gross looking as it gets - all slimy etc. There's a lot to be said for only seeing/eating the finished product for anything that used to be, or came from, another living creature.
