It was stated he could use Animal Path in the Databook

We already know he can use the Outer path since we've seen him controlling the Gedo Mazo and using Rinne Tensei

Sasuke's Rinnegan is different since it has Tomoe's and can use both the abilities of his Sharingan and Rinnegan without switching back and forth. We already know he can use Deva Path something Obito failed to do with one Rinnegan

The only ones Obito really showed were Preta Path when he absorbed Chakra from Madara and the Outer Path. It was stated in the Databook that Obito could use Animal Path and Obito himself specifically stated he could use Human Path.

So those are feats of what the One Rinnegan can do since he's the only one who had the Rinnegan with one eye.

as i thought you used obitos 1 rinne feats. only he and kishi knows what he can use lol.

Moving chibakui tensei around is neither banshou tenin or shrina tensei, that's just chibakui tensei manipulation alone.

Naruto and Haruma are both chibakui tensei listers as well, that's not a deva path power.

That's the generic six path power which is what Toneri was able to do.

You still haven't answered what deva path has to do with all the other paths.

I figured that being able to use the outerpath makes you capable of using all six.

Dont to carried away by the first scan brought by peoples for you, try to theorise/assume that scan is the rule for double eyes and not single eye that is special on its own.

Hagoromo gave Sasuke that type of rinnegan is not for nothing, As I said before let Sasuke learn all the secret of that Rinnegan eye first.

Rinnegan is same as other eye, it can't be learn in one day, its needed continuous learning and practice.
