Her seal's chakra would get eaten up only if it's opened and samehada makes contact. Sakura and Tsunade aren't dummies, they'll know that the weapon drains chakra so they'll manage to heal their wounds using creation rebirth which isn't unconscious isnstant regeneration.

Nope, never said such a thing. Just saying Kisame has never used that technique to start a fight. He didn't use it vs Gai when he was in the ocean and wouldn't have even needed prep, he didn't use it against Bee and Bee's friend whose name I forget when he started that fight. Only time in this manga he's used that technique is when the opponent has shown they could kill him if he doesn't use it.

Bee, who is faster and more skilled in cqc, was easily cut in the technique. People like Sakura and Tsunade won't do anything.

10% katsuya would be an ant in it. Let's not talk about 100% katsuya since they don't have enough chakra to summon it.

I don't recall Katsuyu being shown to scale in comparison when summoned at 10%, but Tsunade summoning her by herself in part 1 summoned a Katsuyu the size of Bunta(if not bigger), who is the same size(or roughly so) as the 1 tails. If 10% of Katsuyu isn't big enough to break that water dome, she can at least get in his way while the others escape.

The dome moves with Kisame. They have no chance of out running it. Again, katsuya is irrelevant here. Also Kisame in samehada mode took Hachibi's chakra pretty fast. Tsunade and Sakura are nothing compared to that.

The seal pours chakra into the body when its released, there has to be a mental command for it to open. Meaning its nothing but a rhombus marking on their forehead unless its opened.

#1 So Tsunade strength and regeneration are way better than Ays speed blitz Kakashi is way more skilled than Durai even though I love that guy and Sakura negs Cee ok
#2 ok I think Even just Tsunade and Sakura beat the puppeteers the Byakugo is just too much especially when one punch destroys massive areas.
#3 Ok so this is difficult if Kin and Gin have Sage Tools then they barely loose maybe even seal one of the three but if no they get stomped I have to say Vause even if they enter Chakra mode Kakashi has the chakra seal he used on Naruto and once again Byakugo destroys
#4 umm so Kisame is week against Taijutsu ok and he is Fighting Tsunade and Sakura......and on top of that Kakashi of the sharingon whith Kamui who just so happens to be Taijutsu expert who. An keep up with Guy Ya they beat Kisame

Kisame needs Samehada to go with that technique. He uses fusion to move like a fish underwater. Without samehada he's like a normal human. Also he didn't know Bee was that strong. Water dome is Kisame's trump card that he won't use unless he's in a handicap, or the opponent is too strong too beat in the conventional way. He didn't need prep time.

10% katsuya is still tiny compared to the dome. A bijuu size Raccoon was like an ant in it. 10% isn't that much bigger than a bijuu. Also the dome moves with Kisame. Kisame can sense chakra in Samehada mode. He can sense them if they try to get out, but they're too slow underwater to get out.

This is were strategy comes into play, Creation Ribirth will heal all their wounds in a matter of seconds and will only require for the seal to open momentarly. So in a nutshell, Tsunade and Sakura can put some distance between them and Kisame and preform the Jutsu.

They don't win but they do lose mid to high-diff. The determining factor is the location if the location is near water they lose easily but if its on a dry surface (land) Tsunade and Sakura can overwhelm him with their brute force/destruction of the surroundings. Kakashi is skilled enough to engage Kisamie in a close ranage basis while avoiding Kisamies weapon (Kakashi's agility is sophisticated enough).

So two weilders of superhuman strength leathal enough to end you with 1 lick, above avarage speed and impressive intelligence + a skilled ninjutsu user wit notable speed/Tiajutsu and problem solving skills all targeting Kisamie at once makes the fight High-diff.
