Name: Ikazu Raiken
Nickname: The Gold Dragon

Looks: Ikazu is of a thin yet athletic and muscular physique. He stands at about 6'3" and weights roughly 175 lbs. Unlike the rest of the clan members, Ikuzu's eyes are crystal blue in color as opposed to the normal pale colorless eyes of the clan. He has very bright goldish spiky yellow hair, mostly in the front, sporting really tall spikes of hair. His face is always displayed as cool and collected with a single circular earring on his left ear. His clothing consists of a thin netted black under armor, similar to Shikamaru's. Above that is a long robe/cloak that comes down to his knees, and the sleeves down to the wrist area. The robe is rather wide in dimensions, allowing Ikazu to move freely as it dances in the wind. The robe symbolizes Yin and Yang, having half white and the other one black. Underneath his cloak he wears black jeans that have a zipper on either side on the inside for quick release. The robe itself is held by a white belt with a connecting piece of allow with the symbol of lightning. The pants go down towards the middle of his shin area while his ninja boots black and yellow in color go up and underneath the pants. His right hand is covered in black bandages, having a pendant with the symbols of water and lightning around the wrist area. The pendant is made of the same material as kunais, often used to deflect similar things. Ikazu's left hand displays nothing whatsoever. Strapped to his left waist, Ikazu has a black & white scabbard to hold his regular katana, having the handle with the same colored theme along with diamonds. Beneath all of his clothing, Ikazu is shown with a long dragon tattoo going across his body, start from his left waist area and ending beneath his left shoulder.
Personality: Ikazu is extremely serious and mature for his age, and has great control of his emotions. Before and during battles, he is cold, and somewhat arrogant. Ikazu is able to stay relatively calm in most situations and carefully look at the situation at hand. He is a bit of a stubborn individual. All around, he is a nice person and cares for his clan, although he may not live in the village any longer/

Background Info
History: Ikazu was born into the main branch of the noble Hyuga Family of Konoha, the Hidden Village in the Leaves. He excelled in the ninja academy, always topping his class mates in the fundamentals of the ninja techniques. At the age of 12, his stubbornness forced him to go rogue from the village and explore the ninja nations. After a year of traveling he reached Kirigakure, the village hidden in the mist. Since then, he has stayed in Kirigakure, taking on underground missions in order to pay his expenses, practicing his clan's hidden techniques hoping to one day become strong enough to surpass everyone.
Other
Like all Shinobi, Ikazu possess several small black ninja pouches that contain all the basic and fundamental tools for a ninja. These can range from Shurikens, Kunais, Scrolls, Rope, Wire and many other things like Flash bombs or even smoke screens. As stated above, Ikazu wields a katana which is held on the left side of his waist and has a amulet bracelet made of the kunai's material on his right wrist as shown on the pictures.
