Translation thx to OrganicDinosaur on reddit
The interview is rather long, so I don’t know if I will translate it all.
But the gists are:
Day 1: Inspirations and influences upon eachother and from different manga, drawing intricate details of hands (thumbs, tendons, fleshy bits), depicting distinguishing features of female characters and bust-size (Kishi confesses that he likes…bigger chests).
Day 2: They chat about laying out action in panels, using artistic perspectives (3-point perspective vanishing points). Kishi thought it was difficult to capture the camera angles, especially during scenes when showing there are bigger monsters-sized things and normal sized people (like showing angles of attacks with facial expressions). Kishi talking about how flashbacks to show personal history makes things longer.
Day 3: Kishi talks about themes (chain of hatred across generations, etc), from Naruto, says that he wants his next series (after Bolt) to conclude in about 10 volumes on a monthly release schedule (~2 year serialization period), and his children (ages 10 and almost 6 years old). His next series he wants to avoid the concept being Naruto-ish, even though fans surely want it to be similar to Naruto.
Don't know if I will sit down and direct translate it all because it's massive, and also since it gets technical.
Maybe if there is a request for a small section.

He then talks about the exciting idea of ESP (I'm not familiar if Mafia, so I'm not sure if this is him talking about ESP in Mafia?)

This I had trouble translating and understanding this bit regarding ESP.
I was hoping another translator would jump in the thread to help me out OTL.
But honestly, his answer really told me nothing conclusive, aside from he wants to do something different than Naruto, even knowing that people want another Naruto type thing.

But he says he doesn't want to do another long series.

He says he wants to do a monthly series rather than weekly serialization.
