Has anyone seen this anime?

At first I thought it was merely a horror anime meant to creep the view out and what not (Which the first half of the series does excellently so if you're looking to sweat a little before you sleep def check it out) But I've got one episode left and I finally realize what the whole series is supposed to be about U_U

What truly defines a human or a beast. About 15 episodes In you start to get a feel that the shiki (Vampire like demons) are slaughtering humans left and right and (at least for me) it baits you into wanting impatiently for the humans to finally fight back however when that time comes, you realize humans are more brutal then beasts and then pushes you towards rooting for the shiki idk just this 360 flip had never happened to me in an anime before so it amazed me and I feel like this anime is truly a classic of its genre

Only fault with it is its second opening is crap and doesn't fit the show at all, first ones really good though. Oh yeah and goofy hairstyles however anyways anyone seen this that could discuss?

When the doctor starts butchering his Already Vampire Wife it's when it hits you( What you are talking about) and I love the ending, can't believe they got away Lol. Oh and to me the monsters in the end, ended up being the humans themselves.

Awww was really hoping Seishirou got away he was probably my ultimate favorite in the series U_U At least he died of his own volition Yes that ending was rather nice,

The second opening is better than the first because I said so. The song is more catchy also.

Shiki is the best anime. It's even better than Naruto and DBZ. Oh and the only thing I dislike about the show is Natsuno dying by a dynamite. He's the main protagonist, so he shouldn't die. I feel sorry for Megumi too.
