1MS Obito is way too low on this tier list :| 1MS Obito = Alive SM Madara. Since Obito is an Uchiha with Hashirama's tissue, he has by FAR surpassed any EMS user and Hashirama.

For tsunami and Sakura to be so low, and they are immune for most attacks, is kinda stupid, even more so when no one is immune from dieing if they hit them

The OP was actually quite generous for Sakura and Tsunade to be listed above Hebi Sasuke, Orochimaru, Deidara, etc. and putting them a tier higher would not make any sense. I suggest you should be happy that your favourites were listed high enough as it is.

Oro is weak which is why people always bring Edo tensi into the equation.
Hebi Sasuke gets Shanaroorized by both of them,,, don't use sakura feats against her vs Kage Summit Sasuke, She wasn't really in her right mind, so in a since she was restricted seeing as how her fighting style revolved/s on her thinking clearly.
Deidara dies before he does any real damage, he need prep to even try Tsunade.

I don't know if I'd move Pain down since he can actually contend with guys like DSM Kabuto and KCM Naruto but everything else is reasonable.

Dsm kabuto with juugo kg, tayuya sound genjutsu, kimimaro kg, twin demons(sakon,ukon)kg, and karin kg...he's above kcm naruto..naruto already proved sm reflexes>kcm speed as seen when naruto as kcm couldn't react to 3rd raikage so heswitched to sm...also nagato already proved he's leagues above kcm naruto and bee at the same time low diff.


Here's a few more suggestions

1. 3rinne juubi jin Godara and juubi jin hagoromo should be in the same tier is kaguya, the only way to beat them is to seal them because they are immortal.

2.merge 7 & 8, because ems madara with or withoutkyuubi>bm and bsm naruto, he cannot break perfect susano nor can bsm naruto beat edo madara or war arc obito with or without bijuu paths of pain because edo madara nearly tied with edo hashirama and war arc obito was only ever hit by bm naruto or bsm naruto when kakashi war arc helped, if it was 1 vs 1 those versions of naruto can't beat madara or obito.

3. Edo itachi should be moved in a tier above, nobody in his tier can counter tsukoyami nor damage his susano which as an edo he can sustain infinitely.

4. Sick itachi wrecks every in his tier he should be moved above a tier, because nobody in that tier can counter tsukoyami.

5. Why the hell is orochimaru so low???nobody in that tier can hurt him he should be moved up a tier...many people forget, most physical damage ie tbb or better is the only things that can hurt him and people also forget his Dragon God transformation which is immortal can only be beaten by someone who can seal souls, whicj only 3 shinobi can do , he should be at leasta tier above.


To be honest your list is as close to perfect as can be but it would be perfect with my suggestions.

I still think Madara can beat VOTE Sasuke and Naruto but that's my opinion other than that I think your Tier list is excellent.

Good list, the only major changes I would make are

- Move Rinne Tensei Madara down a tier

- Give EMS Sasuke his own tier just below the one the one he's in

- Cut tier 5 off after Toneri and make a new tier​

I believe that portrayal puts him atleast a tier above SM hashirama, and his self at VOTE,
his performance against the bijuus, having immense reflexes and the hax of limbo definitely grants him above the likes of people of below him

- Give EMS Sasuke his own tier just below the one the one he's in

Yeah i think that to be the case as well, however i hate having tiers with only one characters, so i just decided to put him on the same tier as ems madara,

Yeah i havnt seen the movie yet, i just roughly put him on that tier based on what i have heard

thanks man, and yeah i used to be of that opinion too, but we have barely seen any feats from madara in that form and what naruto and sasuke displayyed at VOTE is above anything that he has displayed so far

-i think hamura is quite high .
-i dont think rikudo base naruto is above people like DMS kakashi,tonerie and jiubiobito .
there are some other errors but it would be debatable
