I like to feel like I completely understand Haki. Me an my friend was discussing OP today and it was about can COA hurt Kuma on his paws without being repeled back

His argument: Haki allows you to bypass abnormal bodies so a person like Vergo can hurt Kuma on his paws without being repeled at all

My argument: Haki can bypass Kuma's paws like it did Luffy's Rubber. But my point is even tho it can bypass Kuma's Paws Vergo would still be repeled back because even tho it allows u to hit abnormal bodies it doesnt cancel out DF powers

Simpler terms:Can Kuma repel haki laced attacks

Kuma is a tricky subject I dont feel arnaments haki should cancel out the main part of Kuma's DF because it is not seastone. To all those who understand haki tell me if I'm wrong or is it tricky in this cas

haki does not actually "negate" the powers of a DF user (the Yami Yami no mi can) and is extremely useful for Logia. Since the fruit function is to repel, it will still carry on regardless of COA therefore Vergo will be repelled. Same for Buggy as Buggy is the only person Mihawk cant slash even if he imbues his sword with COA, cos the Bari Bari no mi function is to avoid being slashed. Therefore, you are right

I'm going with tricky(it was the final verdict when me and my cousin took it up) but I wld guess one wld still b repelled especially if they actually tried a fully physical attack like a hakified fist but maybe the force(or some depending on mastery of haki n strength) wld get thru so u hurt Kuma but u get blown back some distance.

Thats would I thought to if your haki is good enough you can hurt Kuma on his paws but it still doesnt change the fact that you will be repelled back

I think yes Kuma can repel Haki laced attacks. It will be the same as Law vs vergo. If Kuma has incredible mastery of his df like law, he should be able to repel even Haki infused attacks.
