Yeah, but Byakugan, rotation and chakra cloaks, so nah.
I mean fair enough, but there's a reason the Third Kazekage was considered the most powerful Sunagakure shinobi in history, and Sasori is undoubtedly more powerful considering he killed him. Sasori's being underestimated all the time-- anyway, let me give you a better reasoning.
So, the Byakugan will be capable of identifying Sasori's core, that's true. However, that restricts both Hyuugas from making effective use of Gentle Fist in close-combat, if they ever manage to get close enough to Sasori. Of course, they could easily target his core and take him out that way, but remember,

and he'll certainly do so before they can get at his core.

It isn't like Sasori or Chiyo are slow with their puppets, either.

, so neither of them are at all slow. They both have astounding reaction time as well, shown in the two scans.
Let's take a look at some of what Sasori's Iron Sand can do, now. I'll get into what happens if he's pressured into his puppet body later. Chiyo refers to the Iron Sand as

, meaning it can control anything metal that's thrown at them. It contains its own chakra, meaning Sasori doesn't even have to use his own to use the Iron Sand. Furthermore,

, and given the Third Kazekage had access to both Wind Release and Earth Release ninjutsu, Sasori could certainly make use of both in battle. However, this has no given feats, so I can't necessarily prove how, exactly, that would aid Sasori in the battle. Moving on to the Iron Sand itself...
Of course, like all of Sasori's weapons, the sand is poisoned. One scratch, just one, and the victim is paralyzed and dies three days later. It's unbelieveable to me to assume that, over the course of this fight, neither Hyuuga will sustain any amount of damage, especially given what else Sasori can do with the sand.
The first attack Sasori is seen using with the Iron Sand is a jutsu where he

, her puppet sustained damage from the Iron Sand despite that. Sasori even goes so far as to

Sasori's enormous Iron Sand structures are enough to

. Considering the force put into that, and the fact that the sand is kept together magnetically, that's going to be difficult to block. Keep in mind, Sakura managed to avoid it with Chiyo's help only, but I honestly think the Hyuugas would be able to dodge the larger structures.
At least,

, the real reason for the enormous structures. Sakura wasn't able to dodge it, and as a result she got hit and poisoned. Of course, she survived because Chiyo had the antidote, but the Hyuugas don't have one. That's what ends them, if they can get past everything else.
In human puppet form, Sasori immediately breaks out

. Once Sasori gets into his human puppet form, he's not just a formidable ranged fighter, but a very strong puppet, himself.
Plus, he has the Hundred Puppets Jutsu, which probably won't be of much use against the Hyuugas considering taijutsu made quick work of them against Sakura and Chiyo.
So, I think Sasori would solo the two Hyuugas. With Chiyo there, I'm fairly certain the Hyuugas aren't winning.
