For sure he would've been much more deadly than the kaguya that we saw. But kaguya in her full power not eating shit, and not being a mindless zombie she might be stronger. But maybe she always acted like that when she ate the fruit, mindless. I'm glad hagoromo stayed good. He seemed like a very honorable character.

I imagine his tactics would be swift and powerful, like creating 9 moons instead of playing around- hopping dimensions and petty dialogue like Kaguya. She was perfect in terms of power but horrible with her intent.

Exactly I really hated kaguya's personality. But I think kishi made up for it by making black zetsu essentially like her brains and voice. Black zetsu made that arc better. Other wise I would've hated that kaguya arc even more.

Agreed, Kishi obviously didn't plan as extensively enough for that the final arc. I mean, look at the Pein arc- which remains one of the most enticing arcs, why couldn't be like that ?
