Final Tier List - Naruto

I'm updating my Tier list from before and I'm taking some of the Criticism I had and I'm using it to improve it. All characters are in order until Tier 12. No Ashura & Indra due to no Feats or portrayal. It will feature multiple versions of Characters.

If you disagree with my list tell me why and I'll try to fix my list.

- If Danzō has KA he could one shot a bunch of people above his tier

- Shisui has no feats

- You forgot about Gengetsu Hōzuki (2nd Mizukage). He should be in either tier 11 or tier 10

Edit: Kakashi w/o the sharingan shouldn't be included in a tier list, and neither should Hamura. Chōji would get beaten by most of the people in the tier you put him in.

The fact that he managed to seal Kaguya alongside his brother....the fact that she didn't roflstomp him in 0.0001 seconds means that he's stronger than Madara.

You put Orochimaru and a few more in the same tier with Suigetsu, Sakura, Kimimaro and Chouji? No comment.

Nope. BSM Naruto is comparable to the guys in TIER 7. Orochimaru and Kabuto with ET would make short work of him.

I think this is a fantastic list in general. There are a few minor details I might disagree, but nothing major. Good job.

Actually, ill just state some errors,

--Muu and Third Raikage should move down one tier, they are not strong enough to be an entire tier above the Uchiha Bros. nor are they strong enough to be a tier above Pein arc SM naruto,

--Gaara should move down a tier as well, if by jin you mean Early Shippuden Gaara

--Post Shinju madara should also move down a tier, he has good portrayal but based on feats he is not strong enough to be an entire tier above DMS Kakashi or Obito.

--I would prefer Pein to move down a tier as well, he needs his big guns such as CT or CST to take down most of the people that are a tier below him, and he gets wrecked by the KCM users, and Nagato himself who are on thhe same tier as him

Well Shisui does actually have some feats he can use KA Twice and easier than Danzo can, if you want to make the games cannon Kishimoto himself designed a Susano'o for Shisui.

Take notice MS Obito could probably beat guys like EMS Madara and EMS Sasuke but he would get his ass handed to him by the likes of Minato and Tobirama who in return those two would get there asses handed to them by EMS Sasuke and EMS Madara. Danzo is only on par with the guys in his tier.

I forgot about the second Mizukage I'll make sure to include him.

I don't know if I'd move Pain down since he can actually contend with guys like DSM Kabuto and KCM Naruto but everything else is reasonable.

For tsunami and Sakura to be so low, and they are immune for most attacks, is kinda stupid, even more so when no one is immune from dieing if they hit them
