Doesn't matter. You'd said that there was no non-Uzumaki jinchuuriki of Kyuubi, I've proven you wrong.
You also forgot about Obito, who was Kurama's jinchuuriki for a short time as well.
And you're incorrect, saying that Minato couldn't handle full Kurama's chakra.
He'd said that he can't seal it, it's a big difference:

It proves that minato could barely manage half(50%), he'd most likely die if he attempted to seal 100% Kurama within himself. Only Uzumaki can contain 100% Kurama with no negative side effects.

You should learn the definitions of the words "fact" and "assumption". What you're posting here are your assumptions, which are worthless without facts proving them to be true. You don't know if Minato could handle 100% of Kurama or not. That's called fanfiction here on NB, you know.
In short:
- You've stated that only an Uzumaki can become Kurama's jin - proven wrong, as we had 2 non-Uzumaki jins in the manga;
- You've stated that what Minato was is called "a half-jin" - proven wrong, as there were no such term in the manga what so ever;
- You've stated that Minato said in the manga that he can't become full Kurama's jin - proven wrong, as he never said that.
And just to finish you off: Minato never said that he can barely move or can barely handle half of Kurama's chakra, or that he's nearly dead. Here is the scan you've asked above: nothing even remotely close to what you're implying.

Again with the poor reading comprehension? He stated his body went numb the reasoning is obviously clear because he proceeded to say "What a Heavy Chakra" referring to yin kurama. The fact is only uzumaki can handle 100% Kurama within, stay mad.
