Ginjo wins with mid diff.

Ginjo put decent fight to Fullbring Bankai Ichigo and he was even able to keep up with him in speed, which is one of Ichigo's most powerful aces, not to mention that Ichigo had some help from Uryuu in his fight agaisnt Ginjo. FKT Ichigo was already more powerful than all espadas, and Fullbring arc Shinigami Ichigo is likely more powerful than FKT Ichigo.
