Technically, no fictional character could survive being turned into a human bomb (unless these bombs don't gain more power the stronger the opponent). There's quite a few characters in Naruto that can evade them. And no, Bleach's Shinigami wouldn't be invisible to Naruto characters. Chakra itself is a spiritual power. Regardless, those types of rules shouldn't be abused in VS matchups anyway, as it has nothing to do with combat capability. If this keeps being used, I'll debate using Fate characters against Bleach characters using this logic. Trust me, the conditions for Fate characters pretty much make them invincible in any series not their own, and is more easily abused than even Bleach in debates.
