Yes but how many? They only had one TSB just like obito did after the juubi was removed from him. Hogoromo and hamura inherited juubi chakra but they only had a little bit, where as hogoromo later on is always seen in RS form with 9 TSB. Like he had as a jinchuriki. It is obvious that the amount of juubi chakra he had increased and since he was dead for many years for him to still have that form means he is still producing that chakra.
What different process? The kyuubi as I have said is basically chakra that can think and has physical form. What they ate was chakra nothing more.
Yes all the people naruto gave chakra to still posses the kyuubi's chakra. Even when the kyuubi was removed from naruto many of them still possesed the cloak and their case is different because naruto is in control of the cloak not them meaning there is no fusion of the chakra naruto gave them to themselves. That is why their kyuubi chakra may not be rechargeable.
Naruto's RSM was given to him by the sage of six paths it is not the same as the mode madara and obito had. The chakra of the rikudo is needed far more to achieve the form than the chakra of the bijuu. Since the data book didn't even mention that bijuu chakra was needed it is likely that even if you were correct naruto can still possess the RSM since the sage of six paths(who gave him the form) has rechargeable chakra of the tailed beasts himself and may have given naruto the rechargeable ability too.
That is the thing that u don't seem to get, Jinchuuriki are different from ppl that just obtain chakra. Jinchuuriki are fused with their bijuu and for some they even get physiological appearance changes, hence Naruto's whiskers, Gaara's eyes and sand release and I am guessing Kushina's hair (waves like tails) :|
Anyway, even when Jinchuuriki lose their bijuu their chakra still assimilated bijuu chakra. Gaara- ring around the eyes and sand manipulation.
Ginkaku and Kinkaku are the same their whiskers are proof that the kyuubi chakra has been assimilated into their bodies.
Hagoromo even after losing the Juubi still has some Juubi chakra still keeps some of its power which is the reason for his increase in TSB. The thing different about the kyuubi giving chakra to Naruto's friends and a Jinchuuriki doing it is that the ppl Naruto gave the chakra to can't replenish chakra themselves, only Naruto can do that.
If Naruto got revived without the kyuubi he would still have a degree of Kyuubi chakra because he was a jinchuuriki and was fused with the kyuubi b4. Now as for the other 8 bijuu, Naruto has shown no other physical characteristics of other bijuu or shown the ability of partial transformation because he isn't their jinchuuriki. Getting chakra from a bijuu has not proven to be enough to integrate said chakra into the user.
Imo The bijuu's chakra that Naruto recieved would work similarly to Naruto giving the chakra cloak. It connects the receiver to the user and carries some of the bijuu who gave it's properties yet does not integrate into the reciever's body. Still even when the chakra is of no use/ depleted it never really vanishes, which is y Naruto can still get the ppl out of MT and is still connected to the bijuu
